1. What is the service temperature range for the labels?
CPG:Standard Labels: -5°C to +60°C
Low-temperature Labels: -20°C to +60°C
Ultra-low / High-temperature Labels: -40°C to +900°C (depending on specific material)
Note: The recommended Application Temperature is ≥≥ +10°C. Label

2. What are the differences between different face materials of thermal labels?
CPG: 1.Ordinary thermal face paper has a short shelf life, and is not scratch-resistant, water-resistant or oil-resistant. It is suitable for short-term indoor use, such as express delivery and supermarket labels.  

2.Three-proof thermal face paper comes with a protective coating, which is scratchproof, waterproof and oilproof. It has a longer storage life and is suitable for warehousing, cold chain and industrial scenarios.

3.Synthetic thermal face paper features better toughness, is not easy to tear, and has more stable dimensions. It is suitable for harsh environments or special curved surface labeling.

3.What if goods get damaged during transit?

CPG:  Please take photos or videos as evidence immediately and contact our customer service. We will assist you to claim compensation from the forwarder or insurance company. If the damage is caused by our improper packaging, we will take corresponding responsibility.

4. How long has your company been in the paper products business? What certifications do you have?

5.Can you arrange export logistics and provide customs clearance documents?

CPG:Yes. We can arrange export logistics including sea freight, air freight and express delivery, and provide a full set of customs clearance documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.). You may also appoint your own freight forwarder.
