Q1. What is offset printing suitable for?
A: Offset printing (on papers like double-adhesive paper, coated paper, glassine card, colored offset paper, newsprint, etc.) is ideal for publications that combine text and images, such as book interiors, magazines, instruction manuals, brochures, corporate pamphlets, office documents, exercise books, forms, and envelopes. It delivers fine printing results with uniform ink absorption, making it perfect for large-volume standard color and black-and-white offset runs.
Q2. Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples for our standard-sized products. Simply contact us to arrange this.
Q3. How long has your company been in the paper products industry, and what certifications do you hold?
A: Casperg Paper has 19 years of experience in paper products, handling everything from production to export with extensive expertise. We currently hold ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, and our products have passed SGS testing. Some of our paper products also carry FSC Forest Certification (if you require eco-friendly certification). For specific certificate documents, please feel free to ask our sales team, and we will send you the digital copies directly for your review or to share with your clients.
Q4:What is the difference between offset paper and coated paper (art paper)?
A: The main difference lies in the surface finish. Offset paper is uncoated with a matte, natural texture; it absorbs ink well and is easy to write on, making it perfect for reading materials (like novels) to reduce eye strain. Coated paper has a clay coating that makes it glossy or matte-smooth; it reflects light better and produces sharper, more vibrant images, making it ideal for high-quality photo brochures and catalogs, but it is harder to write on.
Q5. What are the common brightness and weight options for your offset paper?
A: Our offset paper typically ranges from 60gsm to 120gsm. Common weights include 70gsm and 80gsm for standard copying and book interiors, while 100gsm-120gsm is often used for premium letterheads or inner pages of high-end journals. regarding brightness, we offer options ranging from roughly 80% to 100% ISO brightness, depending on whether you prefer a bright white look or a softer, cream-colored tone for reading comfort.
